Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order to arrive within 21 days of receipt
of your payment. For Gift Voucher purchases, we aim to despatch your voucher to
arrive within 7 days of receipt of payment.Where goods are not available at the time of receipt of the order
we will indicate within our promotional material the expected
delivery date to us. We aim to despatch your order to arrive within
21 days of receipt from our suppliers. If you require delivery sooner than these dates, or would like
to request a specific delivery date, please telephone us and we
will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note however that once parcels & packages have been
passed onto our chosen courier we cannot be held responsible for
any delays that occur in transit.
Cancellations Policy
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the delivery
of your goods. You must advise us of the cancellation in writing either by letter
or email.You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are within
your possession.You will be responsible for returning the goods to us in the
original suppliers packaging, which must be returned undamaged.
The return packaging & carriage costs are at your own expense.
You must ensure that the packaging you use for the return is substantial
and suitable enough for the return carriage.Providing the goods are returned to us in the original supplied
condition (including the suppliers packaging) then you will be
refunded the original product cost. We will not refund the postage & packaging that we originally
incurred in sending the goods to you.
Returns Policy
If for any reason our product does not satisfy, then please contact
us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for the return of the
product and for a replacement to be sent.
Damaged In Transit
In the event of goods being damaged upon arrival you must advise
the carriers and us immediately, and sign any delivery note to
the effect that the goods are damaged. Alternatively please refuse
delivery and contact us immediately.

of your personal information.When you order, we need to know your name, email address, phone
number and delivery address. This allows us to process your order
and to notify you of the status of your order. We retain these
details only to satisfy our legal requirements for Company accounting
purposes.We do not use your contact details for any other purposes. We
do not sell your personal details to others.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.
